When the weather turns cooler, the air-conditioning refrigeration system is disabled

1. Clean the cooling tower and replace the cooling water.

2. In non-frost areas, the water system retains tap water to prevent corrosion.

3. Turn off the main power supply.

The weather turns hot and start to use the air conditioner refrigeration system

1. Clean the cooling tower and other water systems and replace the cooling water.

2. Check whether the water system valve is normally opened or closed.

3. Check the circuit and check the insulation resistance of the equipment.

4. Warm up the host for more than 12 hours.

5. Water pump: ①Check the insulation resistance; check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient; ②turn the water pump gently by hand to check whether it is stuck, and do not run suddenly; ③start the water pump and test run.

6. Cooling tower: ①Check the insulation resistance; ②Turn the fan blade gently by hand to check whether it is stuck, and do not run suddenly

7. After the fan coil unit and the air-conditioning cabinet are turned on, observe whether the refrigeration situation is abnormal and whether there is any abnormal sound. If there is any abnormality, please ask professional maintenance personnel to deal with it on site.

8. Make daily records of air conditioning operation: such as water system pressure, water temperature, host operating current, host refrigerant operating pressure, water pump operating current, cooling tower operating current, etc., to ensure normal operation.
